This form is designed specifically for group registration using our special tiered rates (International Pricing Chart) for facilities and organizations. Only one representative needs to complete the form on behalf of the entire group. Please have the full names and email addresses of all participants ready, along with some information about your group or facility.

Group payment is required at the time of registration. Once registered, each participant will receive their own course access via email.

For groups of 30 or more, please email contact@waterbirth.org so we can assist you directly.

Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll be directed to PayPal to submit your payment. After your payment is processed, each person you registered will receive a confirmation email with instructions to access the course. Please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email right away.
